Job description
Our client is looking for an experienced Bodyshop Receptionist for their independent establishment.
You will have experience in:
- Handling a range of customer enquiries.
- Booking vehicles in.
- Liaising with insurance companies and engineers.
- Dealing with/updating customers face to face and over the telephone
- Preparing job cards.
- Invoicing.
- Processing payments.
You must have motor trade experience. Experience in bodyshop or service reception is preferred but not essential.
