Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced Bodyshop Receptionist for their independent establishment.

You will have experience in:

• Handling a range of customer enquiries.

• Booking vehicles in.

• Liaising with insurance companies and engineers.

• Dealing with/updating customers face to face and over the telephone

• Preparing job cards.

• Invoicing.

• Processing payments.

You must have motor trade experience. Experience in bodyshop or service reception is preferred but not essential.
