Job description
Lilienblum is our new Israeli / modern Mediterranean family style sharing restaurant, which opened in May this year in Shoreditch. We are currently looking for Bartenders to grow the Bar crew.
The restaurant is open Tuesday - Friday for lunch and dinner and then Saturday dinner only. The restaurant is then available for private hire on Sundays and Mondays.

Your key responsibilities will be to oversee the bar service and host guests that choose to eat at the bar, whilst making sure every one enjoys a unique, fun and personalised service.
The Role
- Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of the entire food and beverage menus
- Presenting beverage menus and provide detailed information when asked including allergens information
- Making sure the bar is set up and closed accurately and on time
- Taking accurate drinks orders, using our till system
- Ensuring all items are served at the right temperature and within the proper glassware and in the correct manner
- Checking drinks and other mise en place for cleanliness and presentation
- Great communication skills and the ability to adapt to different situations
- Confident in delivering exceptional customer service
- Commitment to work with a great team both front and back of house
- You will have a passion and interest in the hospitality industry
