The JRL Group is a highly successful, privately owned, national construction group head quartered in North London. With a turnover of in excess of £360m, the business is currently experiencing growth and as such seeks to strengthen our GRC team.

Trent Precast specializes in the manufacture and delivery of structural precast concrete units based in the heart of the country in Nottingham.

Role: Lead Quality Inspector

Hours: Monday-Friday 50 hour week

Rate: Negotiable (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to a Production Manager.
• Managing a team of Quality Operatives.
• Carrying out pre pour checks on set up units based upon planned workload and deadlines.
• Carrying out post pour checks on cast concrete units
• Accurate recording of data on tablet based system.
• Assisting operatives with any quality related issues they may encounter when setting up units.

Requirements:

• Excellent I.T skills with complete understanding Microsoft Excel & Construction programmes.
• Focus driven individual capable of working to deadlines.
• Good communicator and able to work on own initiative.
• Precast Concrete manufacture experience essential and ability to read drawings.
