Berry Croydon are looking for a Business Manager.
Your role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is offered full-time, permanent. It provides an excellent opportunity for either a Business/Transaction Manager or Sales Executive with a high amount of proven experience looking for their next role.
You will oversee the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines and provide advice and guidance around the sales process to a team of Sales Executives. You will also assist in closing vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges whilst upskilling the Sales Executive team by training in finance and insurance.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you will either have proven experience as a Transaction/Business Manager or a Sales Executive looking to take the next step. In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate a professional approach, the ability to mentor others, and strong attention to detail and compliance.
