We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our passionate and driven team based at our client’s site in Dartford.

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide accurate and detailed information to guests, in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Greet visitors and clients with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Answer and direct phone calls in courteously and professionally, taking messages and transferring calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring accurate distribution.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized at all times.
- Schedule and manage meeting room bookings, ensuring availability and setup for meetings and events.
- Work with Guest Experience management to deal with guest complaints in a friendly, yet professional manner, while managing and updating feedback logs.
- Handling administrative tasks, including maintenance of daily and monthly visitor sign-in records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth interdepartmental communication and coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- To work within the security protocols outlined by company procedure.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
About You:
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming demeanour.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in using office equipment, including phone systems and computer software (MS Office Suite)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as required.
