Your role
- understand the impact of regulatory requirements on UBS compensation policies and practices
- change and adapt UBS's compensation structures to ensure compliance with local, regional and global remuneration regulations
- coordinate and prepare remuneration disclosures for UBS entities in the UK and EMEA
- drive UK Gender Pay Gap reporting and other diversity remuneration disclosures across EMEA
- prepare materials for UBS remuneration committees and boards across the UK and EMEA
- manage the year-end regulatory reward process from a UK/EMEA perspective, working in partnership with other teams across Reward and HR
- support HR Business Partners and Recruiters on package offerings and other reward options as required

- ideally 3 years' experience in regulatory remuneration in the financial services industry (complexity doesn’t scare you)
- a graduate degree
- advanced Excel skills
- good writing skills
You are:
- a strong team player who takes initiative
- a multitasker, well organized and able to thrive when no two days are the same
- not afraid of putting your hand up
- able to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- willing to grab an idea and shape it into a structured project
- an excellent communicator, with good written and spoken English. Any other European languages are an advantage given the geography that the team supports
