Blue Barn CORTE MADERA looking for Manager $70k++
At our small, but very busy, lunch/dinner eatery we embrace the philosophy of "slow food" in a quick-service environment, with a major emphasis on locally and sustainably grown food. This integral position is not only tasked with efficient multitasking during fast-paced rushes, but also with educating our customers about our thoughtful gourmet offerings and, most importantly imparting warmth and hospitality through friendly customer service.
Requirements:
Overall, this physically active and dynamic position requires a positive, high-energy, "can-do" attitude with the ability to be a leader on the restaurant floor and set a positive example for other employees on best-practices.
This involves, at the very minimum, someone who can:
- Strike up friendly conversation with anyone
- Multi-task and keep cool throughout stressful moments
- Anticipate and initiate tasks - when something is broken, they find a way to fix it
- Think on their feet and problem solve
- Work in a team-oriented environment
- Work on their feet for the duration of their shift

Hours:
Part-time and full-time positions will be considered.
