Role: Blending Operative
Role Purpose: To assist with preparation of raw materials, which are needed for the product to be manufactured.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for transportation of raw materials from warehouse to blending room.
- Responsible for checking all expiry dates and batch numbers align with the specific job sheet.
- Responsible for checking all ingredients for required mix against recipe card.
- Responsible for the reporting of any variances which occur in job sheet or on recipe card to Team Leader .
- Responsible for measuring all ingredients to recipe specification.
- Ensure all ingredients are mixed to required standard.
- On completion of QA check, transfer blends from blending room to the production line.
- Assist with clean downs of both machinery, and rooms, to the standard required to remove allergens/ pathogens on site.
- Undertake training to meet food legislation requirements
- Ensure all products which leave the blending room have full compliance with company quality and food safety requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring site health and safety protocols are always adhered too
- Support all site KPI’s including Food Safety Standards, Health and Safety and site Hygiene
- Perform additional duties as and when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £21,500.00 per year

Experience:
- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
