Job Description
Customer Service Representative
Berks Insulation LTD is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is located in our Slough, Berkshire office. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our customers and vendors, while maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with customers and be able to provide a high level of knowledge with regards to the products we sell. The Customer Service Representative will also be expected to perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with other administrative tasks.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior customer service experience in a retail environment required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time.
- Must have basic computer skills including the ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
