Job Description Summary
Day-to-day activities:Worthy of representing the company at all times
Daily check of all equipment (PPE and other equipment); assure full 5S in the service van and workplace everyday
Perform preparation and blade repairs/ inspections according to specified service instructions and established time estimation
Perform job safety analysis at site to complement risk assessment done for the service task/ project according to service HSE manual and followed instructions/templates given by LM responsible area.
Ensure safety and work instructions are always followed – see Performance/ EHS
Ensure required (adequate and in-time) reporting of timesheets to superior person representing the company in the talks with the customers from a designated place outside the company.
Assure all equipment and tools prior to site visit. Fulfilment of Team Mobilization Checklist for approval to direct superior.
Perform job safety analysis at site (JSEA) and work environment (certifications, etc…) other responsibilities in accordance to the site/customer specific requirements
Communication:
Ensure customer satisfaction with prompt and effective work and communication (internal & external),
Ensure immediate and effective communication (internal & external) when registering any risk that influence to EHS and work performance.
In case of deviations at work, inform superior without delays to report the work using dedicated templates (Service Report, Hours Tracking, etc.) if TL is temporarily unavailable on-site.

Representing company - according to chart of authority, EHS Manual & general rules of LM Wind Power/ GE Renewables expenses from company cards made in accordance with the company's policy and after the approval of a direct superior
