To provide both MITIE and the client with professional, comprehensive support and to be fully aware of the statutory and contractual requirements of the contract. To build a strong relationship with both internal and external customers to ensure that all services are provided in a timely and cost effective manner. main role is the flush water outlets and record their temperatures. occasionally carry out driver escorting duties, this would be escorting a sub-contractor onto site that does not hold a current pass. all training will be supplied onsite.

Main duties

• Actively carry out PPM and reactive tasks on the water systems.
• Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of legionella.
• Support, develop and communicate with the client
• Complete all PPM in adherence with SLA's & KPI's
• Effective use of site log books.
• Daily flushing of water outlets and recording the temperature's

• Pass an airside driving course to enable escorting of sub-contracting personnel.

Qualifications / Person Specification

• Experience of Heathrow Airport preferred
• Full UK Driving licence.
• Excellent customer service skills, encompassing a positive ‘can do' attitude
• Proactive approach in seeking out opportunities for continuous improvement and change
• Good written, innumeracy and verbal skills
• Ability to assess relevant information accurately
• Planning, organisational and time management skills
