Job description
PandaOmics is a web-based tool developed by Insilico Medicine that revolutionizes pharmaceutical drug and target discovery pipelines. By combining omics and text databases, PandaOmics empowers researchers with a comprehensive solution. One of the core features of PandaOmics is its target ID tool, which integrates information from various publicly available sources, including omics-based network methods, 3D structure availability, known inhibitors and drugs, clinical trials, grants, patents, and scientific publications. This tool generates a ranked list of therapeutic target hypotheses along with supporting evidence.
