What your responsibilities will be as a Bioinformatician:
- Providing computational analysis for Transcriptomics and Genomics
- Working extensively with the computational biology team & experimental stem cell Scientists
- Working collaboratively with the design and execution of our client’s ambitious research programmes for uncovering core transcriptional programs that define human cell types.
What our client is looking for:
- A PhD in Bioinformatics/Computational Biology or a related field.
- Experience with analysing Transcriptomic (Bulk and/single cell RNAseq) data.
- Proficient with R and/or Python.
- A candidate who is comfortable at communicating Bioinformatics analyses to wet lab Biologists.
- Ability to interpret and communicate statistical data.
