The Green House hotel’s Reception Team Member

Full or part time positions available.

Shifts generally run 8.00am - 3.00pm or 2.00pm - 9.00pm with 2 days off per week

Experience in Guestline Rezlynx would be an advantage

The Green House is a beautiful eco-friendly boutique hotel that lives, eats and breathes sustainability. Just minutes from the white sandy beaches of Bournemouth, this privately owned Grade II Victorian Villa has been extensively renovated, to prove that luxury travel and eco-consciousness can co-exist. The role involves assisting the Reception team and the heads of department to build and develop relationships with new clients, nurture our relationships with current clients and provide exemplary service to our guests as well as the team.

The duties of a Green House Reception Team Member:

  • Ensures each guest has a memorable stay at the hotel
  • Ensures the guest welcome is exceptional and all sales opportunities are realised.
  • Takes responsibility for the daily tasks
  • Helps meet the department's quantitative and qualitative targets
  • Promotes in house promotions and is confident upselling
  • Previous experience working as a hotel reception team member or customer service agent is desirable with knowledge of PMS such as Guestline.
  • Excellent communication skills to include all departments
  • Be involved with the running of the hotel and be part of the team
  • Enthusiastic, passionate with a positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 - 40 per week

Salary: From £10.50 per hour
