Our Opportunity

Are you a BIM Coordinator looking for a new opportunity? Do you want to be involved in innovative, major schemes across the built environment?
We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a BIM Coordinator for the central region. You will work closely with the BIM Manager and Project Director, assisting in the BIM and digital delivery of the project. You will work to ensure a high-quality service and provide the best design andtechnical solution for the client. A key objective for you, will be to be involved in BIM company and group forums, as we look to continuously improve BIM delivery.
Principal responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering on projects in different sectors, through all stages of a project as part of a larger team
  • Working alongside the BIM Manager to produce BIM deliverables
  • Supporting the coordination, validation, and delivery of asset data from project inception to completion
  • Communicating with the members of the project team and BIM Manager on matters relating to BIM delivery
  • Attending all necessary meetings and information reviews
  • Working in a multi discipline environment
  • Ensuring you appreciate and comply with all relevant standards related to the project and Health & Safety

About You

Qualifications and technical skills we would like you to have:
  • Passionate about BIM and digital delivery
  • Experienced at supporting BIM delivery on projects
  • Experienced across a number of sectors and design stages
  • Good understanding of building design
  • Good coordination skills and being able to identify issues in terms of their impact on project delivery and model quality
  • Good data validation skills and being able to advise on how issues can be rectified
  • Good knowledge of current technical standards and regulations applicable to BIM and Digital Delivery.
  • Capable of multitasking and working to tight deadlines
  • Good written, verbal communication and client facing skills, combined with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Good at working collaboratively with all team members
  • Good Solibri skills
