Due to business growth, we have a new opportunity Hamberley Care Homes for an experienced Billing Specialist.
Hamberley Care develops and operates luxury care homes throughout the UK and due to an expansion of our services we are currently recruiting for an experienced Billing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This role will be hybrid, working between our office in Luton and from home. There may be a requirement for occasional travel to our Care Homes.

What you’ll be doing:
At Hamberley, we believe that our residents deserve something ‘Extra Special, Every Day’.
Some of the things you'll do in the role include:
- Sales invoicing and billing of resident care and other fees;
- Dealing with billing enquiries;
- Building and optimising processes, specifications, related templates, etc. working with HQ;
- Preparing residents KPIs, revenue analysis and Supporting senior management with period ends;
- Involvement in system migration for acquisitions / new developments;
- Undertaking of key projects as and when required;
- Bank reconciliations and cash management;
- Support Hamberley Care to ensure the business runs smoothly;
- Maintain robust systems to provide accurate Management Information to include, but not limited to, resident information and invoicing.
- Supporting credit control management;

About You:
- Demonstrable experience working in a similar role and with complex billing.
- be a self-starter with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and excellent communication skills are an integral part of the role.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Strong stakeholder relationship building and leadership skills.
- You'll be well organised, and able to prioritise work based on urgency.
