Secondary School Teaching Assistant
- Ofsted graded Good in all areas
- Pupils behave positively and are lively and kind
- Parents and carers are positive about the school and supportive of their children's development and education
- Passionate about ongoing professional development and career progression for their staff members
- Supporting learners across KS3 and KS4 with all areas of the curriculum
- Effectively managing behaviour following the schools behaviour policy
- Liaising with the Pastoral and Senior Leadership Teams with any concerns around learners behaviour or learning
- Delivering planned interventions for learners who need additional support
- Identifying any cause for concerns following the safeguarding policy
- You have daily and ongoing support from a team of experienced consultants
- Access to our staff room giving you links to other education professionals and a support group to lean on
- Ongoing CPD and training opportunities
- Competitive and fair daily rates of pay paid weekly via PAYE
