Job description

The post holder will take responsibility for day-to-day handling of the income recovery process, including court action, for service charge debt.

They will also have involvement with drafting a variety of instructions to counsel, seeking and providing legal advice relating to, amongst other things, the Building Safety Act (2022) and implementation with service charge recovery, breaches of lease and compliance with service charge legislation.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £200.00-£220.00 per day
