Billing Clerk

LOCATION: Gibraltar

JOB TYPE: PERMANENT

OVERVIEW:

In this function as Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for controlling and billing of services and follow up on the cash flow. Together with a highly motivated team, you are responsible for a timely and accurate issuing of our customer invoices as well as following up with reminder process.

THE CHALLENGE:

• Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors
• Review customer contracts and sales tickets in order to compute fees and charges due
• Sending invoices and reminders, follow the implemented SOX controls
• Monitor and assign incoming payments
• Maintain and update invoice system, Continuously monitor Unbilled revenue balances
• Set up and modification of products in our customer profiles
• Take care of telephone and written inquiries with internal and external contact points
• Active participation in upcoming process improvements

YOUR PROFILE

• You are flexible, structured, and able to work under pressure
• Previous experience in any Finance/ Accounting/ Controlling field, preferably in Accounts Receivable
• Very accurate and customer oriented
• Reporting experience, advanced knowledge of MS Excel and any other reporting tool
• Good interpersonal skills that enable you to work well with other departments such as sales and client setup
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred, or knowledge of other ERP Systems, implementation experience
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Spanish/German is considered as a plus
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office applications
