Job description
The Bike Workshop is a small and welcoming bike repair and rental service catering for the Moss Side, Rusholme, Fallowfield, Hulme and Whalley Range communities in Manchester.
We offer traditional bike shop services, sell refurbished bikes, train bike mechanics, run bike maintenance workshops and provide bike rentals.
We are a social enterprise supported by Manchester Cycling Academy, and much of our work is discounted to make it accessible to the local community.
We are seeking a qualified bike mechanic to assist us to do more of our work. We are looking for someone to work in our workshop each Saturday, and in time, on other days of the week. This would allow us to grow our service as Saturday is an obviously busy time for drop off's and collections.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 8 per week
Salary: £15.00 per hour
