Job description

Our company is searching for a Mechanics to work closely with our team to maintain a fleet of vehicles. The position requires a background in automotive repair, and includes driving to and from clients, conducting detailed assessments of clients' vehicles, performing maintenance, and completing all aspects of vehicle preparation. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of drivers while maintaining the appearance of vehicles and ensuring that they are in excellent condition at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles of all makes and models.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Respond to emergency calls within an hour of notification.
• Review safety protocol with employees and customers.
• Meet with management to identify areas for improvement in the service department.
• Be familiar with factory recalls, as well as recalls initiated by the company.
• Gather and evaluate information to determine whether a malfunction is a result of equipment or operator error.
• Diagnose malfunctions utilizing a standardized troubleshooting chart.
• Fix malfunctions within a reasonable timeframe.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

• cycle mechanics: 1 year (preferred)
