Job description
What is the opportunity?
This is an exciting opportunity to work with key partners across the Home Buying & Ownership team and beyond to gather key requirements and help shape the 'To be' processes, working closely with the Solutions and Design Lead. You will also work closely with key subject matter authorities as a key part of the project team to ensure changes are delivered as per the agreed design.
In this role you will:
- Ensure that business changes and improvements are identified, properly scoped, meet customer needs and that solutions are aligned with strategy and the business architecture framework
- Design and Lead an Agile delivery approach to implement operational and customer improvements that can be delivered through configuration or business change.
- Work with SMEs and Partners across the Bank to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.
- Challenge business and technical teams on their assumptions of how solutions will meet the needs of the business and our customers
- Clearly articulate and document business requirements. Write epics, stories and identify associated candidate bugs/improvements from the current backlog.

There are no specific qualifications or minimum educational requirements needed for this role.
What will make you stand out?
Experience of working within Financial Services in a similar role.
Experienced business process analyst with a consistent track record of carrying out requirements analysis and definition.
Delivered systems thinking / end to end reviews resulting in the successful implementation of change within an organisation.
Ideally experience in mortgages - pre or post completion and a demonstrable understanding of the End to End mortgage process.
