The ideal candidate
- Be passionate and enthusiastic to be the best in their field
- Level 3 NVQ hairdressing
- Bring existing clients to the salon to ensure you can hit the ground running with a column that is at least 60% occupied at all times
- Ability to perform a range of services including cutting and styling, barbering and colouring,
- Stay on top of the latest hair dressing techniques and trends
- Professional presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn new treatments and progress in career
- Ability to work in a team
You will be required to be involved in the day to day running of the salon, including managing your own column through an online diary management system, prep, tidy down and general salon duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 - 40 per week
Salary: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
