As a Business Intelligence Manager at IC24, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions. This includes but is not limited to creating reports, dashboards, and analyses to help business stakeholders make data-driven decisions. The BI Manager will work closely with the C-Suite and other stakeholders and manage a team of analysts and developers while being a key member of our data quality and analytical strategy.
You will be working between our Headquarters and your home as part of the Business Intelligence & Analytics team as a Business Intelligence Manager, which supports our various geographical localities and services to ensure the business and their information needs are met via regular and ad-hoc reporting, maintenance of the reporting suite and general administrative duties to manage your team.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of business intelligence strategy and initiatives: data analytics, reporting, and analysis.
- Provide expertise in data modelling and sourcing to drive business insights.
- Design and develop reports for internal use as well as client deliverables.
- Plan, execute and maintain consistent reporting processes throughout the organisation.
- Manage all aspects of analytics implementation: data integration, reporting infrastructure, access management.
- Conduct analysis using advanced techniques like predictive modelling.
- Create dashboards that allow for the interactive exploration of data sets through multiple lenses.
- Work with the Data Warehouse Development team to provide insight into data quality issues or trends in the business.
- Managing a team of 3 Junior BI Analysts and 2 BI Developers.
This is an exciting time for the Business Intelligence & Analytics Team, where we have invested in BI/AI/ML stack to deliver high quality analytics to our organisation and our patients and tools to support dashboard development and mobile reporting, as well as plans to support speech analytics and digital rostering across the organisation.

Hours Available 37.5 hours per week
