Transitiosn is seeking a full-time Business Intelligence Analyst. In this role, the Business Intelligence Analyst and Data Engineering Manager will assist with designing, building and ownership of a novel analytics platform that providesactionable information to caregivers and company leadership. This is a high-impact role that will serve as a subject matter expert on clinical, financial, human resource, and market intelligence data; and drive recommendations to the Transitions Executive Team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Creation and management of all Azure Data Factory and SQL data pipelines
• Construct and revise existing SQL queries/ETL to extract data from source systems
• Serve as database administrator for analytics team
• Implement and develop target architecture and data models to support analytics and other data products
• Support all enterprise data projects as assigned
• Advise on and define data requirements for new or underutilized data products or assets
• Design and implement robust ETL jobs using Azure Data Factory and other Azure resources
• Define Azure data quality approach and support overall enterprise data strategy
• Create a robust reporting and analytics data warehouse layer based on operational reporting requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards
• Experience preferred using Salesforce, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Python and R experience
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment with evolving priorities
