About the Role
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst, who will make our team stronger and be accretive to Creatd’s culture. Reporting to the Business Intelligence Team, a great fit for this role means you have a passion for the tech industry and take an analytical approach to learning and evolving your skills. You think abstractly and can execute tactically. You are emotionally intelligent and flexible to accommodate shifting priorities. You work without ego and value radical transparency— you seize any opportunity to add value to the collective. This role is an in-office position, located in downtown New York City.
What you’ll do:
Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data and document them into our project management software.
Use data driven insights to build and improve efficiencies for internal projects and workflows.
Analyze and solve business problems at their root, to develop solutions that utilize the highest standards of analytical rigor and data integrity.
Collaborate with the product team to set goals for the organization and implement methods to track progress.
Monitor analytics and metrics results and frequently build reports to advise upper-management on critical business decisions.
Leverage tools and technologies to strategically position our businesses and platforms for scalability and maximum ROI.
Analyze trends and document daily metric performance across our platforms.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field.
2+ years of data analytics experience.
Experience with spreadsheet building in Google Sheets.
Proficient in SQL.
Experience with industry standard tools such as Slack and Notion.
Experience with modern analytics tools such as Tableau and Heap.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Passion for quantitative analysis and methodology with strong organizational and time-management skills.
