Tesla is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, innovative and customer-focused individual to join our EMEA Total Rewards team as Benefits Specialist.

The Benefits Specialist will be help to expand our Benefit program offerings and build an on-site community second to none. You will manage employee perks, recognition programs, wellbeing programs and Benefits events, as well as ensure that they are clearly communicated and promoted. As a talented innovative individual, you will think creatively and work in the Benefits team to develop an environment that focuses on recognition and perks for Tesla employees in Gigafactory and other countries in the EMEA region. You will also manage assigned vendor relationships, own and drive process improvement in various areas, and provide excellent customer service to Tesla employees

What You’ll Do
  • In partnership with internal content and marketing teams develop and implement benefits communication strategies across a variety of media, including print, email, presentations, and video
  • Design and monitor content to promote a variety of internal sources and channels to support Benefit program engagement
  • Participate in design and development of new Benefit programs and proactively evaluate improvements to current programs while developing and managing regional recognition programs
  • Support the coordination of on-site Benefits engagement events at various locations
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant administration of assigned Benefit programs and events while identifying and driving process improvements and proactively refine the overall operations of the Benefits function
  • Use a customer service and positive approach to communicate with employees as needed to resolve questions, concerns or take feedback
  • Constantly evaluate current practices to find better ways to get the job done, innovative ways to solve problems, and employ a scrappy/hands-on approach
  • Build reports and dashboards to give stakeholders visibility into relevant metrics as well as present recommendations on initiatives and influence stakeholders through data and thoughtful interpretation of findings
What You’ll Bring
  • 1-5 years experience in Benefits, Total Rewards or related area, preferably in a multinational, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in experience with evidence of ability
  • Possess high level of integrity. Be widely trusted, direct and truthful, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and gain confidence
  • Solutions and client service-oriented, with an emphasis on problem solving and ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency
  • Experience developing project schedules and event calendars and excellent written and verbal communications skills, including content generation and delivery
  • Strong attention to detail and experience with managing confidential or proprietary information
  • Fluent English
