We’re looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst to join Procore’s Global Talent Organization as a member of the Total Rewards team. In this role, you’ll work on the design, implementation, and day-to-day management of benefits programs across EMEA and APAC.
As a Senior Benefits Analyst, you’ll partner with our Talent Business Partners, Talent Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance teams, and our vendors to deliver impactful, cost-effective benefits and rewards programs to our employees in EMEA and APAC. You will use your knowledge of the EMEA and APAC benefits market to help build scalable programs to support our employees.
This position reports to the International Benefits Manager and can be based remotely, or on a hybrid basis in our London or Dublin offices.
What you’ll do:
Support with the design and potential transformation of the international benefits and rewards strategy at Procore, ensuring programs are scalable as Procore continues to grow.
Lead the implementation of new and changing benefit plans in both new and existing markets.
Lead on the communication of benefits to employees regarding company benefit policies and processes. Including ownership of the benefits intranet pages and working with the wider Talent Operations team to collaborate on internal and external events (eg. benefit fairs, wellness events, orientation etc.) in order to increase employee engagement and understanding of benefits.
Evaluate current benefits policies and programs and develop recommendations to ensure programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements. Completion of external benefit surveys as required.
Management of benefit plans once live, identifying and implementing methods and tools for improving benefits enrollment processes and practices, in partnership with the Talent Services and Payroll teams.
Taking ownership of issues escalated by employees, Talent Services, Talent Business Partners or providers and seeing them through to resolution.
Support with the development of associated benefit governance processes, and the development of reporting and analysis of the effectiveness of the benefits in relation to the rewards strategy.
Additional opportunities to work on the design and execution of compensation plans across EMEA and APAC.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of benefits experience, or equivalent, with a focus on international benefits in EMEA and APAC (Australia, Egypt, France, Germany, Ireland, Singapore, UAE and UK).
Strong understanding of global best practices, current trends, and market benchmarks within the tech industry.
Experience in vendor management and renewals.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage programs and projects.
Strong communication skills.
