Job description
- Commitment to work towards achieving the IRRV Level 4 Revenues and Benefits Practitioner Apprenticeship (Generic Officer Pathway)
- Interest in Local Government
- Strong customer service skills
- Good standard of Education, including Maths and English GCSE Grade C/ Grade 4
- Practical experience of ICT systems including working knowledge of IT programs (e.g., MS Office tools). IT skills using MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good written and oral communication skills, e.g., ability to speak with a range of people from all walks of life.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, use personal initiative and take responsibility for individual tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure in a performance managed environment.

- Ability to start at 9.00am and finish at 5.00pm and to be flexible in working arrangements depending on exigencies of the service.
