Night Shift Production Manager £50, 000 - £55, 000 This diverse and progressive leading food manufacturing group for a dynamic and commercial aware Operations Manager to take full autonomy of a busy Night Shift Operation. Of Graduate calibre, you will be a high performing Production Manager / Operations Manager / Manufacturing Manager / Night Shift Manager and report into the General Manager, having a level of autonomy and an opportunity to make a significant difference within what is a newly created role. Other key accountabilities will be to coach and mentor the team of Production Managers and Production Supervisors, to co-ordinate and direct the production lines to ensure that the target production outputs and quality parameters are achieved within the agreed labour levels and performance standards. You will be setting and working to KPI's that will cover labour, operations, health and safety, quality and cost. You will be a forward thinking individual you will come with a background of implementing Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques and achieving significant improvements through your team. Coming from a chilled food manufacturing environment, the ideal candidate will be of a 'can do attitude' who is able to communicate effectively at all levels. You will be an ambitious person who enjoys taking on challenges and responsibilities and wanting to play a strong part in a strong, dynamic management team. You will be a driven with a genuine desire to get to a position of senior management within the Group.
