A novel approach called the PEACE pathwaywww.peacepathway.orghas been co-produced by patients, clinicians, carers, and researchers within South London and Maudsley NHS Trust Eating Disorders Services. We propose to adapt this pathway for children, young people and adults across the Kent and Medway area in the All-Age Eating Disorders Service. The post holder will work closely with our current ARFID Champion in the service and our strong Assistant Psychology team.
You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team that is committed to the provision of high-quality recovery-focused and patient-centred care, staff development, and collaboration. The successful applicant will work with the team to promote a culture that fosters high employee engagement and a progressive attitude to service improvement. You will also work collaboratively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families, demonstrating a passion for helping those experiencing mental health concerns.
