Our team in Lutterworth currently has an opening for a Operations Manager

Operations Manager, Brenntag Lutterworth
To further enable the growth and development of our upper tier COMAH operation at Lutterworth, we are seeking a senior Manager with a proven track record of setting and meeting ambitious goals in a Safety and Service orientated business.
We’re looking for a candidate with considerable managerial experience and a proven track record in leading their team to develop a world class safety culture and operational service excellence.
As the Operations Manager, you will:

• Managing operational activities in compliance with COMAH and all relevant UK legislation
• Deliver products in line with business expectations with regards to safety & service excellence
• Drive and improve on operational culture which learns from experience and constantly looks to improve EHS performance
• Drive and own a continuous Improvement philosophy, delivering improvements across site
• Ensure the site and activities operate to budgeted costs, driving continuous improvement in cost control within operations & transport functions
• Ensure accurate capacity planning, delivery of production plans, and drive improvements on capacity efficiency and growth
• Identify and manage asset and infrastructure improvements on site through Capital Investment Program
• Structure, develop, coach, and lead the Operations and Transport teams
