Visit our career’s page for our video testimonial: https://forensicanalytical.com/career-opportunities/ About the Role: The National Sales Manager will implement business development strategies to promote and sell our FIRM Incident Response solutions to multifamily, hospitality, and student housing clients.
You will work closely with cross-functional members of the team to identify potential clients, build relationships with key decision-makers, and create effective and compelling sales presentations and proposals to close deals. You are knowledgeable about specific needs and challenges of hospitality, property management, and multifamily companies when responding to incidents, and you will communicate the value of FIRM solutions to meet the needs of potential clients. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, strategic thinker, and skilled communicator who can leverage multifamily industry expertise, consultative selling, account forecasting, and superior organization skills to close sales. This position is eligible for uncapped quarterly and annual bonuses.
Responsibilities: • Develop new and nurture existing business development relationships to build a profitable sales pipeline by attending conferences and networking events, phone prospecting, and developing relationships with multi-family vendors. • Develop, maintain, and grow key client relationships with existing FACS customers. • Communicate the full breath of FIRM solutions to business owners, maintenance managers, and C-level executives. • Grow the pipeline and increase sales by leveraging Salesforce to ensure optimum engagement and timely follow-up with all leads, prospects, and customers.
- Call on dormant accounts. • Work alongside the Marketing team on regional campaigns and national campaigns. • Travel nationally to attend association events and conferences. • Create and present PowerPoint presentations to potential and existing clients, in person or virtual.
- Follow up on in-house leads from company website, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 4-6 years of experience working with multifamily, student housing, or hospitality industry clients and selling solution type services to organizations in these market sectors. • 2+ years of managed service sales • Must be able to read, and process complex financial information, such as P&L statements, and leverage strong business acumen. • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in meeting and succeeding quotas in a collaborative sales environment • Tenacious at initiating contact and determining the key stakeholders that can help close an account.
