Job description
Responsibilities:
As a Battery Swapper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency of Lime's bike-sharing fleet. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying bikes with low battery levels and efficiently swapping out the batteries using your own cargo bike.
- Ensuring that bikes are accurately tracked during the battery swap process.
- Collaborating with the team to optimize routes and schedules for battery swapping.
- Reporting any maintenance or technical issues related to the battery swap process.
- Upholding safety protocols and company guidelines while performing battery swapping tasks.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license (if required) and a clean record.
- Own cargo bike for transportation of battery units.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic understanding of bike mechanics (preferred but not required).
- Attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks accurately.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle battery units.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Salary: £18.00-£30.00 per hour
