Klynstone are looking for a candidate from the KBB Industry with Bathroom sales experience. An enthusiastic and dedicated candidate. An individual who is willing to go that extra mile to provide the best possible service. Opportunities for development and growth.

General roles across both departments:
- Providing solutions for retail, B2B or trade clients from initial consultation, providing quotations, closing deals, placing orders where necessary, checking in goods and arranging deliveries and after sales.
- To record and manage stock. Ensuring all paperwork is filed in a systematic format.
- Using existing software for leads management, quotations and sales conversions
- Use initiative to identify sales opportunities and offer advice/solutions to customers.
- Working alongside the warehouse team including the delivery driver to ensure customer orders are loaded.
- Supporting your colleagues in working as a team to ensure the showroom operates efficiently and effectively.

Bathrooms
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the bathroom industry. With a good understanding and knowledge of leading brands and a vast knowledge of product ranges.
- Experience in using quoting systems (Eq Software) for leads management, quotations and sales conversions
- Provision of 2D and 3D designs (including rendered), as well as concept designs, using ArtiCAD.
- Technical knowledge beyond the final finish product such as first fix products, plumbing, accessories and similar items required for bathroom furnishings

Tiles
- Technical knowledge of the various types of tiles, their uses, finishing’s and accessories.
- Carrying out calculations of area of space to cover with no. of tiles/boxes depending on sizes required, as well as calculations for additional accessories, based on client requirements.

Skills required:
- Essential 2-3 years in a similar role
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Aptitude to drive and implement proven sales techniques within the role to maximize conversions and meet targets
- Ability to effectively work in a small team yet take ownership of own tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £32,000.00 per year
