You will be fully responsible for certain amount of the table as part of your station. This should not exceed more than 25 guest in total. You must posses a great product knowledge particularly the aperitivs and a classic cocktails popular in London trend. The Italian cusine knowledge would be an advantage. You must be fully literate to handle the food and drinks allergies and intolerance. You must be well presented and ensure you comply with the company service standards that you will have a chance to explore durring the training period before our official opening in August.
