A bit about the role
- Represent retail at functional meetings and build effective working relationships with stakeholders, engaging them where required to ensure that workload / new activities are fully understood
- Ensuring briefs are supplied to Retail Operations on the correct timelines for effective delivery to the retail teams
- Working with the Retail Operations Lead to provide accurate & effective, right first time communication to the retail estate through use of the retail communications platform & email
- Sense checking of all outgoing communications, ensuring accuracy & timing of messages
- Administration of the retail recognition package to facilitate engagement and improved / ongoing performance from sales colleagues
- Have full sight of all workload for store teams and be a key input into the Business Activity Plan ensuring all activity is captured accurately
- Ensuring the effective communication of feedback from stores. Encouraging the use of the feedback facilities and gaining timely responses from central functions and delivering resolutions to stores
- Effective administration of retail operations inboxes (including travel inbox). Responding as appropriate and dealing effectively with requests
- Timely administration of invoices which require authorization; gaining approval from relevant parties as required

Experience / Qualifications
- Experience with google and/ or microsoft system
- Can demonstrate communication skills, both verbally and written
