We are on the lookout for new PART TIME COCKTAIL BARTENDERS to join our Team at Blame Gloria, Covent Garden!
This is a PART TIME role, with shifts based over a THURSDAYS TO SUNDAYS.
We have fast, fun and kick-ass cocktail bars with vivid brands and mind blowing events. Our mission is to create fantastic and fun cocktails with an engaged service that putting it simply, gets the party started!

Gloria always threw the wildest parties.
She had the best legs in Soho. Some say she dated Hendrix. She taught Bowie how to do his make-up. She ran out of dosh she moved into the basement.
She still throws the best parties and see needs a team to support her to give the best experience during brunch (Mamma Mia, Grease, Drag Brunch... you name it!) and all night long till we got energy to dance!

What we need from a Bartender:
- Free pouring, shaking a cocktail in each hand and knowing 20-25 cocktails is not easy! But we’ll help you make it look easy!
- We come alive at night! Our bars are open until 1am/2am.
- A multi-tasker who is fast and charismatic. You’ll always look cool shaking our cocktails!
- You’ll be ready to learn how make a variety of cocktails and maybe even some tricks behind the bar!
- It will get very busy, especially over weekends. You must be confident in your skills to show them you’re unstoppable!
- Previous experience as a Bartender is desired but not essential. We need you to let your personality shine as well as your eagerness to become the best bartender in the Venue!
If you have experience with cocktail bartending and free pouring, we would like to support your development further on your journey and appreciate your previous experience with competitive rates. However, if you are a lover of cocktails and the heart of the party but have no knowledge of bartending, do not worry, we are here to help you and give you full training from scratch. We operate a fantastic training program within a growing business, rife with development opportunities in training or in management!
