Head Bartender - Mezzanine & Lounge

Manhattan Loft Gardens (MLG), known as ‘London Sexiest Skyscraper’, is Europe’s most ambitious 42-storey skyscraper featuring 248 Loft apartments, a 145-bedroom hotel, three exclusive sky gardens, a breath-taking lobby bar and restaurant, a 7th level destination restaurant, mezzanine club and 4 event rooms. MLG is located within walking distance from Stratford International Station and Westfield Shopping Centre.

The Lounge Bar shares the ground ﬂoor with the magniﬁcent triple-height lobby and 10-metre fireplace. Designed to inspire the feeling of being at home, the service is welcoming and easy-going.

We are looking for proactive and driven Head Bartender to join our Team.

What you’ll do…

· You will be responsible for the ordering, and overall maintenance of the Bar Operations
· Ensuring smooth preparation and serving drinks to guests in the Mezzanine and Lounge
· Understanding a high standard of mixology to create classics and bespoke drinks in accordance with guests needs and expectations.
· Be involved in creating drinks menus and ideas for Mezzanine and Lounge Bar
· Maintaining positive interactions while accurately mixing/serving beverages to guests
· Provide a friendly, personal and professional service at all times
· Ensure good communication with all your superiors and colleagues
· Maintain excellent knowledge of all the food and beverage offers
· Ensure that all Company standards and procedures are met whilst on service.
· Have excellent knowledge about classic and house cocktails to be able to execute them to perfection in a timely manner
