Salary dependent on experience.
25 days holiday + bank holidays.

Job Function
Novo Farina require an Administrative Assistant to join our small but busy team at our production facility in Norwich. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Administrative Assistant will provide general office support and take on a wide range of day-to-day tasks to assist with the smooth and organised running of the business.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Answering the phone and responding to email enquiries.
· Process financial transactions of the Company (invoices, purchase orders, staff expenses,) on the Company’s finance system Xero.
· Stock Management using Unleashed Inventory Management software.
· Purchasing items for office and factory.
· Providing support to the Operations Manager.
· Assisting the Managing Director & Commercial Director, managing diaries and correspondence.
· Order fulfilment & arranging product sample distribution.
· Liaising with the Novo Farinateam, suppliers and customers as needed.
· Other general office tasks as required.
Locations & Commitments
· Permanent, full-time role.
· Monday-Friday: 9.00am-5pm (with 30 minute lunch break)
· Office based at our production site, located in Bowthorpe Industrial Estate, Norwich.
· Successful candidate will be required to complete a 3 month probationary period.
Candidate Requirements
· Energetic, enthusiastic character with a proactive work ethic.
· Confident in using all aspects of Microsoft Office.
· Experience with using finance and stock management systems.
· Strong customer service skills.
· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
· Can work independently and as part of a team.
· Personable demeanour, willing to be flexible and perform hands-on work as well as admin tasks.
· Previous experience in similar role preferrable.
· Language required: English
