Bartender- NoMad London
NoMad takes residence in the heart of Covent Garden inside the historic, grade II-listed building famously known as The Bow Street Magistrates’ Court. As the NoMad’s first presence outside the United States, NoMad London will continue to offer a culture of gracious hospitality combined with understated elegance and comfort.
OUR BARS
NoMad London will offer 3 distinct bar experience: Atrium Bar is the gateway into the NoMad restaurant, specialising in drink collaboration with the kitchen, aperitifs, and after dinner drinks. Side Hustle Bar, a Mexican inspired bar offering a wide range of agave-based spirits and craft beers. Common Decency, a night life lounge cocktail bar with large format drinks, good vibes, and nightly entertainment.

THE ROLE
Bartenders are hosts for the guests at the bar and in the lounge, personally guiding their individual experience while executing some of the best cocktails in the world. Bartenders are responsible for maintaining the same level of education of colleagues in the dining room, including wine and food menu knowledge.
Bartenders approach their work with an unmatched sense of urgency, patience and attention to detail. They seek to communicate every last detail to their team members and work closely with all members of the bar team to ensure that all of our guests’ needs are attended to. Bartenders are caring and approachable while showing grace and calm under pressure.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Candidates must have previous experience as a cocktail bartender. Good working knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and non – alcoholic beverages is an also must. Candidates should have effective communication skills and be able to work in fast-paced environment.
