Curinos is currently seeking a Distribution Strategy and Sales Performance Manager to lead our benchmarking and analytics platform delivery and client success team. The ideal candidate will have rich retail banking, data analytics, project management, and client management experience.
The New York Metro area is the highly preferred location for this hybrid (blend of work from home and NYC office) position. Remote candidates with demonstrated success in managing remote teams will be considered.
Responsibilities
The Retail Banking Distribution and Sales Performance Manager is a highly visible, client-facing role that requires top-notch communication skills, strong executive presence, and keen strategic intuition. They will play a leadership role in managing client relationships, developing product roadmaps, and leading a team of analytical resources. The Retail Banking Distribution and Sales Performance Manager will also support the Director of Distribution and Sales Performance in advancing methodologies to address client needs, including market-based strategies, retail network planning, sales performance measurement/goaling, and workforce optimization.
You will have the ability to:
- Fully engage and manage client relationships with retail banking leaders
- Translate and deliver impactful and actionable insights based on data-driven methodology
- Partner closely with the leadership team and cross-functional partners to turn insights into actionable recommendations
- Build key artifacts for business development initiatives (e.g., pitch work, sales/marketing content)
- Effectively manage and develop a junior team on a day-to-day basis
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in retail banking or 8+ years in a strategy consulting setting
- Hands-on experience with market and competitive analytics, network planning, sales performance measurement and workforce planning
- Experience in managing client relationships (or cross-functional stakeholders in a retail banking environment)
- Experience managing and developing team members
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to turn around time-sensitive analytics with a high degree of accuracy and insight
- Strong storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skills
- Experience with Excel, SQL, R or Python and Tableau
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and organized
Salary Range: $162,000 - $180,000 plus Bonus
