At the Light we aim to surprise and delight our guests with every visit and we are looking for enthusiastic bartenders to deliver a friendly service with pride and passion. You will be attentive to our guests' needs and preferences, making recommendations, serving drinks and food accurately and efficiently while creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere where our guests can enjoy themselves.
The successful candidates will:
- Have experience of and enthusiasm for working in bars
- A passion for cocktails and great drinks
- Enjoy meeting with new people every day
- Thrive in a busy high volume, high energy environment managing multiple tasks and guest with ease
- Be able to work both autonomously and part of a team
- Have good communication skills
Please note flexibility is key. You must be willing to work evening shifts, weekends, bank holidays and school holiday periods.
