THE ROLE


Our leadership team is at the heart of our business. Being an executive assistant (EA) for this leadership team will be a rewarding experience for someone who is passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their day-to-day. As an EA, you would have the opportunity to support a team of dedicated individuals who are committed to providing critical services to Caraffi and our clients. You would also be responsible for ensuring that the team is organised and running efficiently, which can be both challenging and satisfying.


In this role, you will be responsible for complex diary management, and proactively managing schedules to ensure the team is well-prepared for all meetings. You will also be responsible for dealing with organising both internal and external meetings, including booking offsite venues and coordinating travel arrangements.


In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be responsible for creating and amending excel documents and PowerPoints, capturing actions, preparing agendas. You will also be expected to proactively investigate issues and requests, gather information and produce draft responses, and undertake and manage a broad range of ad-hoc projects as required.

Working closely with the leadership team, you will ensure new starters have the best onboarding experience, coordinating with internal recruitment and HR to make sure they have everything they need to hit the ground running on day 1!


  • The role can be part time working 25-30 hours per week so could be suitable for someone with other daily commitments
  • The role will be hybrid with 1 or 2 days per month at Caraffi's offices in London and the rest of the time from home.
  • You might work 2-4 days per week from 7.30am-8.30am prepping for the day, and log back in at 9:30am until 2:30pm. It's a flexible role.
  • If you need some extra training in Powerpoint or Excel we are happy to support you with that.
  • On any given day you might be asked to do something that you haven't had to do before. While we are flexible, we would ask you to be as well


ABOUT YOU


The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a executive assistant / personal assistant or in a similar role, strong organisational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail. If you have experience in the recruitment industry, it would be an added advantage.
