SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Women’s Health Program Manager, the Women's Health Quality and Data Assistant is responsible for the maintenance of the IL Family Planning grant data input and integrity. They are also responsible for monthly patient surveys and administrative support of the IL Family Planning Program at Alivio Medical Center.

ESSENTAIL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ahlers Data Entry
- Collects IL Family Planning visit sheets from each grant site.
- Follow up with clinicians and medical assistants if IL Family Planning visit sheets are missing information
- Inputs each visit into the Ahlers Software with no errors.
- Connects with Ahlers support team whenever a patient profile needs to be remedied
- Sends updated sliding scale and schedule of discounts to Ahlers every year and ensures it’s properly implemented
- Ensures all paper CVR forms are submitted to medical records on a monthly basis.
- Retrieves CVR forms from medical records once input into the EMR and stores securely in IL Family Planning Program office.
Quality Improvement
- Completes at least 10 patient surveys per month over the phone.
- Keeps track of surveys using Excel or Microsoft Word
- Create monthly summary of patient surveys
- Provide administrative support to IL Family Planning Program as needed.
- Drop off contraceptives to IL Family Planning Program sites as directed by Women’s Health Program Manager.
Required Qualifications.
- A high level of computer literacy and experience using online databases.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
- Ability to work independently.
- Meet deadlines as assigned by Women’s Health Program Manager and the Illinois Department of Public Health

Experience:
At least one(1) year relevant experience as data entry clerk, administrative assistant, or similar profession.

Demonstrated Competencies:
- A high level of computer literacy and experience using online databases.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
- Effective communication with multiple parties, including clinicians.
- Meet deadlines as assigned.
