Finance Controller – Hotels

Key Responsibilities
- Completion of reports on time with maximum accuracy
- Managing the regular cycle of forecasting
- Manage cash flows and related items to all capital investment
- Understand and measure cost drivers for the hotel. Utilise innovative analysis to stimulate thought and management action
- Coaching and training the junior finance team
- Provide support and advice on financial and commercial matters to the hotel team, including the interpretation of financial data
- Deal with unexpected situations and change
