Tattu Manchester, our first Chinese restaurant, has been passionately designed to take you on a sensory journey from East to West. The concept is visually inspired by body art and its travels from its origins in the East, across the oceans through trade, to find its place in today’s modern world. The Role:
- You will be a natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential
- Inspire your team to deliver the owners vision, to bring a unique and immersive drinking experience to our guests
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of cocktails and beverages and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience
- Keeps abreast of newest trends and innovations in cocktails and beverages
- Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods
- Driving a team to greatness through exciting, innovative and engaging training
- Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing
- Remain calm under pressure and deliver incredible service in a fast paced environment
- Have a minimum of two years experience in a similar establishment
