Job description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and versatile Bartender/Server to join our team. This position requires the ability to handle both bartending and serving responsibilities, ensuring exceptional service and a positive experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting patrons
- Take customer orders for both beverages and food items
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix and garnish cocktails according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure accurate and timely order delivery to tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth order coordination
- Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and adhere to all relevant regulations
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous bartending and serving experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, mixology techniques, and food service protocols
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide attentive service in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectivel
