Pollen Street Social is Jason Atherton’s first UK solo restaurant and was named the best new UK restaurant by the Good Food Guide, and the best new fine-dining restaurant in London by Time Out. It currently holds one Michelin star, which it gained within 6 months of opening.
Position Summary / Key Responsibilities
As a Bartender, you will:
- Prepare liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks as ordered.
- Clean the bar thoroughly by standard operating procedures.
- Take inventory and order supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Job-Related Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 2 years plus experience as a fine dining bartender or similar position within fine dining restaurants.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of beverage and bar menus with the ability to articulate to guests in an engaged and thoughtful manner.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the team.
