The Peninsula London is pleased to announce we are seeking a Bartender to join Florian Thireau, Director of Mixology in The Peninsula's very own Mixology Laboratory. The role will assist with the overall cocktail preparations for the Bars (Brooklands Bar and The Little Blue Bar), ensuring highest quality of ingredients possible.

Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for all Bar Preparations, ensuring highest quality of ingredients.
- In charge of ordering ingredients needed for the Lab
- Have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu items and contribute to beverage curation.
- Observe and maintain the daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in the Bar, public area and make recommendations for corrections and improvement as needed.
General requirements
- Vivid interest for the Mixology and Bar Industry.
- Passion for service and quality beverage menu offerings, with an appetite to exceed expectations and be creative.
- Related studies/diplomas to support mixology specialization.
- Highly adaptable and naturally positive.
- Flexibility, and capability of working under pressure.

The Peninsula London, located at 1-5 Grosvenor Place in Belgravia, will overlook Hyde Park Corner, the Wellington Arch, Green Park and the gardens of Buckingham Palace. Upon completion, the hotel will have 190 guestrooms with 25 luxury Peninsula-branded residential apartments. The construction budget for the project is in the region of £800 million and our ambition is for the hotel and residences to set new standards in luxury and service in the London market.
